SafiMera
SafiMera, an Anatolian Grasslands initiative, is a brand that not only protects but also restores ecosystems through regenerative agriculture and aims to spread this movement.
SafiMera brings meat products from grass-fed animals that grow on regenerated lands to consumers.
It invites all stakeholders in the ecosystem it has created, which it calls the "SafiMera Food Ecosystem", to have a say in decisions and directions. In other words, unlike a standard food platform, SafiMera is a brand that speaks, explains and invites.
Being transparent and fair while doing all this is SafiMera's top priority: Both to the consumer/grower, to the organizers of the ecosystem who work every step of the way, and to the breeders.
Since our launch in 2017, the SafiMera Food Ecosystem continues to grow with concrete and decisive steps every day, with many breeders in many cities across Turkey who want to walk this path with us, to share our sorrows and joys, and at the same time to access nutritious and healthy food.
SafiMera continues to reach breeders with its regenerative, fair and nutritious products, which it sends to sales points in many cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Edirne, Mersin, Adana as well as product sales through www.safimera.com.
RegenSense
RegenSense provides the measurement, monitoring and reporting of the amount of carbon in the soil, water cycle, energy flow, biodiversity and their sub-divisions within the framework of scientific methodologies and with low ecological monitoring costs. With this innovative technology, we are able to measure the impact of the practices in regenerative agriculture projects more accurately and comprehensively. Launched in 2022, RegenSense is already being used as an ecological monitoring tool in our large-scale collaborations.
RegenHive
After introducing the concept of regenerative agriculture to the literature in Turkey, we are establishing a SaaS platform that will serve as an international incubator to expand and strengthen the regenerative ecosystem. RegenHive, which will be operational in 2023, will serve as a web platform that brings together different actors in the field of regenerative.

OTAĞ
All forms of agriculture—though in varying degrees—require substantial labor, knowledge, experience, infrastructure, and diverse support mechanisms. As diversity increases and non-conventional practices expand, the need for these resources and support structures grows accordingly. Building such an infrastructure can require both significant time and substantial financial investment.
OTAĞ provides tailor-made and framework support at every stage of the process, offering those who wish to practice regenerative agriculture a low-risk, collaborative environment to test, scale, learn, and realize their goals without "feeling alone."
An acronym for the "Regenerative Agriculture Academies Network" (Onarıcı Tarım Akademileri Ağı), OTAĞ is a holistic model designed to nurture new regenerative practitioners and establish exemplary production patterns.
The campuses and farms joining OTAĞ will offer varied capacities and services tailored to their local region and social or physical conditions. However, they all share a common purpose: to enable testing, learning, R&D, and the realization of regenerative farming and related activities across all dimensions—including the economic level—thereby starting a "snowball effect" for a regenerative and fair system. In other words, becoming the "springs" of the regenerative movement to drive social, ecological, and economic transformation.
OTAĞ can also be defined as an innovative cooperative system. It is a resource- and value-sharing platform where every member can carry out their desired project by presenting a plan and proposal to their campus, while utilizing the campus’s services (equipment, expertise, labor, land, sales support, IT, training, communications, etc.) to the extent they choose and at cost.
In this sense, OTAĞ serves as an innovative incubator model. It supports those who want to enter the regenerative agriculture movement through production but lack the necessary capital, knowledge, or team.
At the same time, OTAĞ enables human, physical, and financial resources to be pooled and utilized with maximum efficiency. For example, a single tractor serves dozens of entrepreneurs rather than belonging to just one. Thus, OTAĞ is also a collective and cooperative production system.
Entrepreneurs within OTAĞ create local economic cycles that foster solidarity and reduce external dependencies by producing goods and services needed by one another. For instance, an entrepreneur growing seedlings within OTAĞ can supply them to a market gardener operating in the network. Similarly, an "equipment" entrepreneur can handle machinery repair, maintenance, and R&D for new equipment. As a final example, an entrepreneur acting as a "biological/ecological observer" can measure and record the ecological restoration created by all other projects on the land. In this way, production, support, and monitoring systems become efficient, collaborative, and equitable.
Ultimately, OTAĞ is an organizational and economic model that genuinely boosts efficiency while generating ecological, economic, and social added value.
