SafiMera
SafiMera, an Anatolian Grasslands initiative, is a brand that not only protects but also restores ecosystems through regenerative agriculture and aims to spread this movement.
SafiMera brings meat products from grass-fed animals that grow on regenerated lands to consumers.
It invites all stakeholders in the ecosystem it has created, which it calls the "SafiMera Food Ecosystem", to have a say in decisions and directions. In other words, unlike a standard food platform, SafiMera is a brand that speaks, explains and invites.
Being transparent and fair while doing all this is SafiMera's top priority: Both to the consumer/grower, to the organizers of the ecosystem who work every step of the way, and to the breeders.
Since our launch in 2017, the SafiMera Food Ecosystem continues to grow with concrete and decisive steps every day, with many breeders in many cities across Turkey who want to walk this path with us, to share our sorrows and joys, and at the same time to access nutritious and healthy food.
SafiMera continues to reach breeders with its regenerative, fair and nutritious products, which it sends to sales points in many cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Edirne, Mersin, Adana as well as product sales through www.safimera.com.
RegenSense
RegenSense provides the measurement, monitoring and reporting of the amount of carbon in the soil, water cycle, energy flow, biodiversity and their sub-divisions within the framework of scientific methodologies and with low ecological monitoring costs. With this innovative technology, we are able to measure the impact of the practices in regenerative agriculture projects more accurately and comprehensively. Launched in 2022, RegenSense is already being used as an ecological monitoring tool in our large-scale collaborations.
RegenHive
After introducing the concept of regenerative agriculture to the literature in Turkey, we are establishing a SaaS platform that will serve as an international incubator to expand and strengthen the regenerative ecosystem. RegenHive, which will be operational in 2023, will serve as a web platform that brings together different actors in the field of regenerative.

OTAĞ
Tarımın her türlüsü, değişen miktarlarda olsa da ciddi anlamda insan gücü, bilgi, deneyim, altyapı ve çeşitli destek mekanizmaları gerektiriyor. Çeşitlilik arttıkça ve “sistem dışı” pratikler çoğaldıkça bu destek ve kaynaklara duyulan ihtiyaç da artıyor. Tüm bu altyapıyı oluşturmak için hem ciddi bir zaman, hem de önemli miktarlara varan yatırımlar gerekebiliyor.
OTAĞ, sürecin her bir aşamasında özel ve/veya çerçeve destekler sunarak onarıcı tarım yapmak isteyenlere düşük riskli ve “yalnız kalmadan” yapmak istediklerini deneme, ölçeklendirme, öğrenme ve gerçekleştirme imkanı sunuyor.
“Onarıcı Tarım Akademileri Ağı”nın kısaltması olan OTAĞ, bu anlamda yeni onarıcıları yetiştirmeyi ve model niteliğinde üretim örüntüleri kurmayı hedefleyen bütüncül bir model.
OTAĞ’a dahil olan yerleşkeler ve çiftlikler, içinde bulundukları bölge ve sosyal/fiziksel şartlara göre farklı kapasiteler ve hizmetler sunacak. Ancak hepsinin ortak özelliği ve amacı aynı: Onarıcı tarım ve bununla ilgili tüm işlerin denenmesini, öğrenilmesini, AR-GE gerçekleştirilmesini, ekonomik düzey dahil olmak üzere her boyutta onarıcı ve adil bir düzenle “kar topunun yuvarlanmasını” sağlamak. Diğer bir deyişle, onarıcı hareketin “gözeleri” haline gelerek toplumsal, ekolojik, ekonomik dönüşümü sağlamak.
OTAĞ’ı yenilikçi bir kooperatif sistemi olarak tanımlamak da mümkün. Her bir üyesinin istediği, uygun gördüğü işi, içinde bulunduğu OTAĞ yerleşkesine sunacağı plan ve teklifle gerçekleştirebileceği, yerleşkenin sunduğu tüm hizmetlerden (ekipman, bilgi, insan gücü, arazi, satış desteği, IT, eğitim, iletişim, vb.) tercih ettiği ölçüde ve bedeliyle yararlanabileceği bir kaynak ve değer paylaşım sistemi.
Bu anlamda OTAĞ, yenilikçi bir kuluçka modeli. Onarıcı tarım hareketine üreterek dahil olmak isteyen, ancak bunun için gerekli sermayeye, bilgiye ve ekibe sahip olmayanları destekliyor.
OTAĞ aynı zamanda insani, fiziksel ve finansal kaynakların ortaklaştırılarak en verimli biçimde değerlendirilmesini de sağlıyor. Örnek olarak, bir traktör tek bir çifçinin/girişimcinin değil, onlarca girişimcinin işini görebiliyor.
Bu anlamda OTAĞ, aynı zamanda kolektif ve kooperatif bir üretim sistemi.
OTAĞ’daki girişimciler birbirlerinin ihtiyacı olan ürün ve hizmetleri de üreterek dayanışma mekanizmaları oluşturan, “dışa” bağımlılığı azaltan yerel ekonomi döngüleri de yaratıyor. Örneğin OTAĞ’da fide üretimi yapan bir girişimci, OTAĞ’da bahçecilik yapan girişimciye fide temini/satışı yapabiliyor. Veya OTAĞ’ın “ekipman” girişimcisi, ekipmanların tamir ve bakımı, yeni ekipman ve makine AR-GE’si konularında görev alabiliyor. Son bir örnek: OTAĞ’da “biyolojik/ekolojik gözlemci” olmak isteyen bir girişimci, diğer tüm girişimlerin arazide yarattığı ekolojik onarımı ölçümleyip kayıt altına alabiliyor. Böylelikle üretim, destek ve takip sistemleri verimli, dayanışmacı ve adil bir özellik kazanıyor.
Bu anlamda OTAĞ, gerçek anlamda verimliliği arttıran ve ekolojik, ekonomik, toplumsal katma değer üretilmesini sağlayan bir örgütlenme modeli ve ekonomik model.
