Projects
Together with our business partners, we have run programs and designed regenerative agriculture systems across more than 19,000 hectares to date. Some of the programs we have advised on, designed, and implemented;

From Field to Bottle Regeneration Program – Barley Production with Anadolu Efes
Through the "From Field to Bottle Regeneration Program" launched in partnership with Anadolu Efes, we focus on integrating regenerative agriculture and holistic management principles into Anadolu Efes’s supply chain, establishing an infrastructure that simultaneously addresses ecological, economic, and social aspects.
Regeneration for Ecosystem
As part of the implementation phase of the "From Field to Bottle Regeneration Program", we initiated barley production using regenerative practices through pilot studies across three provinces.
We conducted routine monitoring of soil health, recorded data via ecological observation reports, and demonstrated the beneficial effects of regenerative agricultural practices on the ecosystem.
Within this body of work;
-
Organic matter in the soil increased by up to 25%.
-
The count of beneficial bacteria and fungi rose by up to 23%.
-
Water retention capacity expanded by 13%.
-
Approximately 6.7 tons of carbon were sequestered per hectare.
To ensure the long-term sustainability of these first-year results, we regularly engage with Anadolu Efes’s supply network.

During these sessions, where we have gathered three times with barley suppliers, we organize training modules on the climate crisis in Turkey, soil water retention capacity, and regenerative methods alongside academics and our regenerative agriculture experts.

Regeneration for People and Community
Hundreds of young people from all across Turkey applied to the 'Transform Stubble, Sustain Soil' Circular Economy Ideathon held in June 2025. The selected 30 participants joined, bringing together diverse interdisciplinary perspectives.
Throughout the intensive two-day program, the youth worked alongside mentors, academics, and facilitators to develop practical, high-impact circular economy solutions to mitigate the environmental effects of stubble burning.
We are actively working to conduct field trials for at least one of these developed ideas within 2026.
In June 2025, hundreds of youth across Turkey applied for the 'Transform Stubble, Sustain Soil' Circular Economy Ideathon. A final cohort of 30 selected participants brought their unique multidisciplinary backgrounds to the event.
Over an intensive two-day collaborative program, participants partnered with mentors, scholars, and facilitators to craft actionable, scalable circular economy solutions tackling the environmental damage of stubble burning.
We aim to pilot at least one of the top concepts in the field during 2026.
Collective Action, Restore Abundance Project
Through the 'Collective Action, Restore Abundance' project, carried out with the support of the PepsiCo Foundation and in collaboration with Lay’s Turkey, our goal was to encourage farmers affected by the February 6–7 earthquakes in Samandağ, Hatay, to return to agricultural production, while supporting them economically, socially, and ecologically.
At the collective production center established in Samandağ, we created a dedicated space for landless farmers who want to engage in agriculture to cultivate Samandağ peppers.

As regional agriculture relies heavily on greenhouse farming, our initial year focused on greenhouse farmers. In the second year, we broadened our scope and reach to include farmers relying on citrus and olive growing across Samandağ and Vakıflı.
We structured the grant allocations to ensure farmers maximize the benefits of their Regenerative Agriculture Grants.
Additionally, we provided agricultural training to over 300 farmers. These trainings covered a wide range of topics, extending from Integrated Pest Management and water management in orchards to soil restoration, green composting, and cover crops.

Resilient Steppes Project

With the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), we are executing a long-term offset project in collaboration with the Nature Conservation Centre (DKM) to strengthen steppe ecosystems.
As part of this project, we provided regular training, organized events, and delivered mentorship to 92 livestock owners across 8 villages in Sivas, Kütahya, Bursa, and Eskişehir.
In collaboration with local livestock owners and tailored to regional characteristics, we facilitated Holistic Planned Grazing on 16,900 hectares of land. Over the course of the project, we achieved a 15% increase in soil organic matter, a 16% rise in ground cover, and a 5% improvement in ecological health scores within the designated area.
Lay's Regenerative Agriculture Project
Through the project carried out with the support of the PepsiCo Foundation, we aimed to expand the adoption of regenerative practices among farmers in Karapınar, Konya.
To demonstrate these methods, we cultivated potatoes, corn, sugar beets, and sunflowers on an implementation field. Through training sessions and community gatherings, we shared the techniques applied on this demonstration field with approximately 1,000 farmers.

We achieved up to a 44.8% improvement in the ecological health score of the soil on the demonstration field.
Prioritizing women and young farmers, we connected 75 farmers with the Regeneration Fund to support their transition to regenerative agriculture practices.
